Welcome

Welcome to Long Eaton Junior Netball Club where the emphasis is on fun, and skills development in a safe environment.

We are a small friendly club, based at Sandiacre Friesland Leisure Centre, Nottingham. We have use of both indoor and outdoor training facilities, and our club leaders include AENA qualified coaches, umpires and experienced senior players. Our training sessions combine fun activities with game play and skills development. Our youngest players (7yrs - 11yrs) are gradually introduced to competitive netball through local High Five and Junior monthly tournaments. Our older members, (11yrs - 16yrs) are supported by experienced senior players in a ‘Grass Roots’ league and in monthly friendly matches. We currently have 3 teams in these leagues, playing at different age levels and venues within the Yardley League. We welcome both boys and girls from the ages of 7yrs upwards and players of all abilities.

Girls over the age of 16 are filtered into our senior section of the club playing at other venues.

Long Eaton Junior Netball Club were granted their Bronze CAPs (Club Action Planning Scheme) award in February 2011.

  6. Congratulations to those who tool part int he U16s tournament at Moorways Sports Centre in Derby where the we beat Allestree and Pennine to win the County Club tournament and will now represent Derbys in the Regional League in the New Year. (New photo added to Gallery)

    9.00am - 10.00am session becomes 9.30am - 10.30am
    10.00am - 11.00am session becomes 10.30am - 11.30am
